Workshops, a one-day experience, provide a brief getaway for rejuvenation and learning. The LOFT hosts yoga workshops as well as, workshops combining yoga and other experiences such as vineyard and gardening topics, healthy eating and more. Workshops range from two to six hours, depending on the event. See SCHEDULE for event information. Pricing is per event.
Retreats
Retreating from our daily lives and gathering together with others in pursuit of a similar experience has a plethora of benefits. Allowing ourselves to take a respite from our routine life rejuvenates us, leaving us feeling better equipped for daily life. The LOFT’s retreating space is a perfect place to accomplish this. Retreat topics have included material such as: Self-Care, Cultivating Creativity and Living Your Yoga. One can experience yoga classes and instruction, as well as in-depth information on the topic. Retreat activities may also include a soak in a hotub, a walk or hike on nearby nature trails, a nap in a hammock, healthy meals and more. Pricing is per event. See SCHEDULE for Retreat announcements.
